While being complimentary about my work the new RSC Outreach Fund has declined my request for further support\u00a0as they are stopping the funding dedicated to this project. Nevertheless, I am determined to continue to run the school-based Chemistry at Work events already booked by the schools although I need to raise sufficient funds to cover the\u00a0venue, catering and printing costs to run the annual three-day event for Secondary Schools in June at the Milton Keynes City Discovery Centre as well. \u00a0This event now attracts over 400 students annually from the Secondary Schools in the town and surrounding counties and I have been running it now for 18 years.<\/p>\n
